Susanna Stahlmann is a New York based actor, writer, and arts educator originally from Minnesota. After training at the Guthrie Theater, Susanna earned critical acclaim both Off-Broadway and Regionally (most notably as Viola in Twelfth Night at Theater for A New Audience directed by Tony Nominated Maria Aitken). Her most recent work includes Borderline Coffee, a short that has gained international recognition now streaming on AMC+. Beyond performing, Susanna enjoys a vast career as a teaching artist working in both English and Spanish. As a teaching artist, she enjoys national and international residencies at such organizations as St. Ann’s Warehouse, Lincoln Center Theatre, Roundabout Theatre, Arts Ignite and Off The Page. Having gone to an immersion school as kid, she is fluent in Spanish and teaches comfortably in both languages. She is grateful for all her high school students that have taught her more than she as taught them.

Her love for the arts and passion for arts education comes from her Mom, Michele - Mother of 7, visual artist, and a woman that can recite Shakespeare on a dime.
