BORDERLINE COFFEE is a short film based on her personal battle of overcoming Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). The film follows a young woman with extreme anxiety setting herself on a journey towards accomplishing what would seem like a simple task: a cup of coffee.
BORDERLINE COFFEE received the 2021 “Social Impact Short” award at the Lighthouse Film Festival. It enjoyed a 2020 premiere at the New York Shorts International Film Festival, gained an award of distinction from the Canadian and International Short Film Festival, was a finalist for jellyFEST, was shortlisted for the Austin Film Festival, award finalist at the USA Film Festival, and featured at the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival. In 2022 the short was proudly presented at the ReelAbilities Film Festival in New York, that centers films by and about people with seen and unseen disabilities.
